The 2021 Harvest party was success! As our first vineyard get together with friends, neighbors and family happened in June of 2021 and we plan on making it an annual event. 100 friends and family joined us to enjoy Chef Monica Paez’s award-winning paella. Our resident event organizer and decorator Elisa Rubiano handled the event coordination, furniture rentals, table top arrangements, and kids bouncy houses. All came off without a hitch and we look forward to more events like it at our vineyard venue. Elisa looks forward to more private parties, special celebrations and dinners that allow us to use this amazing location.
The sangria shared with everyone used Texas-based wines (since ours are brand new and were not yet ready for use) and fresh fruit with our own recipe, cannot wait to try it with our very own Texas Blanc in 2022. The charcuterie table was well stocked and extremely popular with our guests, definitely a repeater!
Celebration of Us
I getting together, the idea was to give thanks to all the friends and family that have helped throughout the past 3 years in bringing our vineyard concept together. The vineyard is now operational and producing literally tons of grapes which means our future harvest parties will really be a celebration of what the earth gives to us. The grape harvests and crushing into juice will definitely be a part of all of our future harvest parties!
