Wine is one of the most civilized things in the world and one of the most natural things of the world that has been brought to the greatest perfection.  I was able to there for the first bottle opening- a really great white wine from the 2021 harvest.  October 19, 2021 is a date we will all will remember!  It was great to be at your vineyard on such a memorable date- can’t wait for the next wine tasting!  

What a time we had at the harvest party.  The seafood paella was delicious and paired with a very chilled red wine sangria!  Everything was thought out and perfect.  Walking through the vineyard and seeing the red grapes almost ready for harvest was magical.  I never would have imagined this possible in the Rio Grande Valley, but its here!  Can’t wait for next year! 

Thank you for inviting me to your beautiful vineyard!  We had a great time, enjoyed the party and look forward to future visits!   Your grapes are picturesque and I’m sure many, many portraits will be taken among them.  It really is amazing to see what you all have created in the Valley.  The perfect venue for a wedding or special party!
