We are proud to be organic farmers. Nothing is added to the grapes other than nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in February to assist in the bud-breaking and initial growth. Basically it is food for the vines. The grapes grow from February to August chemical-free. We do not what those chemicals in our wine, so we do not put it on our grapes.
Our harvesting is done manually which means the grapes are picked by hand. All of our grapes are grown in our vineyard, processed on site and the wine is made in our facilities. Guests who RSVP will be welcome to participate or come watch on our harvest days.
