Texas Blanc is our signature white grape wine made from the Blanc DuBois grape. An early bud break, bloom and fruit set allows us to harvest this sweet grape in mid June of each year. This lets us bottle and make available the wine in the later part of the harvest year.
Light and airy, a smooth taste with fruity finish. This is our first ever bottled white wine, a fruity, light white wine with flavors of citrus imbedded. It is served chilled and available in the same year it was harvested. There were 15 cases produced.
