Our goal is to create wines with balance, complexity and harmony. Our style has often been described as the artful balance between softness and structure.
We are extremely proud to offer our guests unique tastings and excursions. You can either gather your own group or join one of the groups that we form.
Wine is one of the most civilized things in the world and one of the most natural things of the world that has been brought to the greatest perfection. I was able to there for the first bottle opening- a really great white wine from the 2021 harvest. October 19, 2021 is a date we will all will remember! It was great to be at your vineyard on such a memorable date- can’t wait for the next wine tasting!
What a time we had at the harvest party. The seafood paella was delicious and paired with a very chilled red wine sangria! Everything was thought out and perfect. Walking through the vineyard and seeing the red grapes almost ready for harvest was magical. I never would have imagined this possible in the Rio Grande Valley, but its here! Can’t wait for next year!
