SUMMARY:2022 Spring Bud Breaking
DESCRIPTION:This is a working event where we invite friends and family to participate in the trimming and pruning of our vines.  Last year’s growth is pruned and removed to allow for the new growth to take its place.  Vine are cut back and made ready for the 2022 season.  Guests are invited to walk the vineyard with our owners and staff and take part in light pruning.  BBQ and refreshments are served throughout the day as this very important task gets the growing season underway. \nThe work is light and camaraderie fun as we all do quick work of our vines and some even collect the trimmings to use as material for their BBQ smokers or paella fires through out the year.  The cuttings create a special flavor from the fire for them to use.
